    Tragic fire in central China leaves seven dead

    MENA Newswire News Desk: Seven individuals lost their lives in a residential fire in central China’s Hunan Province on Saturday morning, as reported by Xinhua News Agency. The tragic incident occurred in Sangzhi County, Zhangjiajie City, within a five-story brick-and-concrete building. The fire, which originated on the second floor, affected an area spanning approximately 160 square meters, according to the county’s publicity department.

    Emergency responders intervened, but despite their efforts, seven bodies were discovered during rescue operations. Authorities successfully extinguished the blaze, but the exact cause remains under investigation.
